Window Ring Driver Side
1. Remove bottom windowsill.
2. Remove valance per procedures.
3. Repeat the above procedure for the 2nd vista bay window.
* Note
It is critical that the wall is loose at both window-mounting points.
4. At driver door peel back fabric on wall, this will expose screws. Remove screws.
5. Remove driver front factory seat belt shroud.
6. Remove driver center seat belt retainer if removal is for the rear window.
7. Pull bottom of wall away from window ring.
8. Lift fabric off from bottom of ring exposing screws, remove screws.
9. Grasp ring and slide upward until top of ring comes out from behind wall at the top.
10. Grasp top and bottom of ring and bend inward toward center of van, pull outward
the removal is complete.
* Note
Caution this ring in step 10 is made of wood and will break if bent to sharply.
Window Ring Passenger Side
1. Remove bottom windowsill.
2. Remove valance per procedures.
3. Remove screws from window frame which, were under windowsill.
4. Peel back fabric at cargo door edge of wall, this will expose screws, remove screws.
5. Pull bottom of wall away from window ring.
6. Lift fabric off from bottom of ring exposing screws, remove screws.
7. Grasp ring and slide forward until ring comes out from behind wall at the front.
Window, Vista Bay
* Note This is a two-person operation.
1. Remove cloth covered window ring (refer to window ring removal procedure) this
will expose all metal window frame mounting screws.
2. Secure window to ensure it will not fall during the following removal step.
3. Remove all #8 x 3/4" screws around the perimeter of the metal window frame.
4. Grasp window at the top and bottom, pull outward and set down.

1. Captain’s Chair to Slider ------------------------------- 16-21 FT LB
2. Pedestal to Floor----------------------------------------- 22-30 FT LB
3. Removable Seat Plate to Floor ----------------------- 22-30 FT LB
4. Seatbelt Retractor to Bracket (Dodge SWB) ------ 6-8 FT LB
5. Seatbelt Retractor to Floor ---------------------------- 22-30 FT LB
6. Seatbelt Retractor to Wall ----------------------------- 22-30 FT LB
7. Slider to Pedestal ---------------------------------------- 24-29 FT LB
8. Sofa to Floor ---------------------------------------------- 22-30 FT LB
9. Wheel------------------------------------------------------- 85 FT LB
