Sport Top
Carpet
1. Remove all seating.
2. Remove jack and jack handle, remove jack base plate 4 screws.
3. Remove all door step plates.
4. Remove all seat belt anchor bolts secured at floor (refer to seat belt removal
procedure).
5. Remove lower window shrouds screws.
6. Remove shade string grommets.
7. Remove engine cover by removing the screws located in the upper storage
compartment and the clips located on the sides of the engine cover.
8. Beginning at rear cargo doors grasp carpet and lift upward removing carpet from
flooring, moving toward the front of the van roll carpet as it is freed. If you encounter
difficulty with carpet that is wedged under the walls gently grasp the bottom of the
wall and the window frame and pull outward. This will lift the wall away from the
carpeting allowing you to pull it free. Note carpet is stapled along the edges of the
rear fender wells and will require extra effort to release. Ensure that all staples are
removed prior to installing the new carpet.
Center Light Beam
1. Remove exposed screws.
2. Disconnect electrical connector and remove center beam.
Door Panel, Passenger & Driver Front
1. Remove factory armrest assembly and power window and door lock assembly.
2. Remove the retainer screw from the bottom front corner of door panel (exposed).
3. Grasp top door panel inserts at top edge and pull outward to free.
4. Remove screws exposed after performing step 3.
5. Bottom door panel, grasp edges of panel and pull outward until retainers are free.
Door Panel, Rear Cargo Doors
1. Remove door handle bezel (2) screws, (passenger side).
2. Grasp edge of door panel at top and pull outward until you feel retainers snap out
from its retainer. Continue this motion all around panel to complete process.
Door Panel, Side Cargo Door, Front
1. Remove caps from pull handle by unsnapping.
2. Remove 4 exposed screws, remove handle.
3. Remove factory door handle bezel (2) screws.
4. Remove fold down cup holder (4) screws if equipped.
5. Grasp edge of door panel at top and pull outward until you feel retainers snap out
from its retainer. Continue this motion all around panel to complete process.
