Door Panel, Side Cargo Door, Rear
1. Remove caps from pull handle by unsnapping.
2. Remove 4 exposed screws, remove handle.
3. Remove 4 screws from frame around molded insert.
4. Grasp edge of door panel at top and pull outward until you feel retainers snap out
from its retainer. Continue this motion all around panel to complete process.
Face Plate
1. Remove TV (see procedure).
2. Remove VCP (see procedure).
3. Remove screws from bottom of faceplate.
4. Expose hidden screw on the front of Soffits by untucking fabric to expose screw,
remove screw.
5. Remove upper sport top wall wood trim, both sides.
6. Gently pull at the top of the soffit to remove soffit from J-channel (both sides).
7. Remove screw-connecting headboard to faceplate (both sides), exposed when soffit
is lowered.
8. Remove exposed screws in 2-L brackets connecting faceplate to upper wall (both
sides). Lower faceplate.
Head Board
1. Remove Faceplate (see procedure).
2. Remove Map light covers and remove the exposed screws. Lower light and
disconnect harness.
3. Remove buttons and then exposed screws. Pull towards rear to release, and
remove from vehicle.
Headliner
1. Remove faceplate (see procedure).
2. Remove rear box (refer to procedure).
3. Remove Upper Sport Top Walls (see procedure).
4. Remove center beam by removing 6 screws and disconnecting wire connector.
5. Remove retaining screws remaining in headliner at center.
6. Slide headliner forward to clear rear roof, lower rear section, slide out through rear
cargo doors.
Panel Speaker, Rear
1. Remove speakers.
2. Remove door gimps as required and pull fabric loose at each edge of the doors to
expose screws.
3. Remove all exposed screws and remove speaker panel.
Rear Box
1. Expose hidden screw on the front of Soffits by untucking fabric to expose screw,
remove screw.
2. Remove upper sport top wall wood trim, both sides.
3. Gently pull at the top of the soffit to remove soffit from J-channel (both sides) and let
soffit suspend. Remove grab handles.
4. Reach in and remove screws, in L-bracket, which connects rear box to the roof.
5. Remove box out through rear cargo doors.
