VCP

1. Remove faceplate (refer to faceplate removal procedure) this will expose 2 L brack-

ets for VCP.

2. Remove screws from brackets, pull straight back and out.

3. Disconnect all wiring.

Wall, Sport Top

1. Remove faceplate (refer to faceplate removal procedure).

2. Grasp fabric located at top of driver or passenger sliding door rail and factory door

gimp, pull downward until loose this will expose screws, remove screws.

3. Remove factory fan control switch on Sport Top Wall by removing 3 screws and dis-

connecting wires.

4. Remove clothes hanger.

5. Release top of “D” pillar shroud to loosen.

6. Remove screw from the appropriate side of the rear cargo door shroud (covers rear

of headliner).

7. Remove valance lighting (and game ready if equipped) front and rear 4 screws in

each, pull straight out and disconnect 2 wires.

8. Reach through cutout in Sport Top Wall and unplug connector to headphone sta-

tion.

9. Remove the appropriate side speaker in rear box 4 screws.

10. Reach through speaker hole and remove 1 screw through L bracket in side of rear

box attaching to upper wall.

11. Reach through valance lighting cutouts in Sport Top Wall and remove screws in L

brackets attaching upper wall to roof wood strips (4 brackets).

12. Pull downward on front of Sport Top Wall until it is below the headboard.

13. Reach in and remove the a/c hoses from the vents.

14. Pull forward and out to remove Sport Top Wall from behind rear box.

Torque Specifications

1. Wheel------------------------------------------------------- 85 FT LB
