The interface automatically charges the battery of the iPod when
connected and your vehicle ignition key is in the ACC/ON position.
Charging may be shown by an
icon that appears on the upper
right corner of the iPod screen.

Charging
Basic operation
1. Power on the radio and select the FM source to tune to the preset station set by the conguration
switches (see page 6).
2. Tune the radio to the channel that is set by the frequency selector.
3. Connect the USB ash drive or iPod via docking cable to the Universal RDS USB module.
4. Use wireless remote to control devices, or control desired music on your iPod/iPhone.
5. To listen to radio stations either disconnect your iPod/iPhone, or press the Source button on the optional
wireless remote controller.
