SETTING THE CLOCK 1. Turn the radio on so that the radio frequency or clock time is shown on the display panel. 2. Press and hold the Select button approximately 4 seconds until the time display begins flashing. 3. While the time display is still flashing, press the Manual Down Tuning button (–) to adjust the minutes and the Manual Up Tuning button (+) to adjust the hours to the correct time. 4.
CD CHANGER CONTROLS will be selected. Built into this unit are controls to operate an optional CD changer. Please check with your Prestige car stereo specialist for recommendations of the models that will work with this unit. Adjustment of the audio functions (volume, tone, balance, and fader) for the CD changer operate in the same manner as they do for radio and cassette play. The following controls will operate the CD changer when it is installed and connected to this unit.
dn TRACK/DISC SHUFFLE (SHF) When the Shuffle button is pressed, the tracks on the disc will be played in a random, shuffled order (“SHF” will appear on the display panel and “TRK” will flash). The Track Select button will also select tracks in the shuffled order instead of the normal progression. When all tracks on the disc have been played in shuffled order, the next disc will be selected in normal order and its tracks played in shuffled order.
