CHEESE PIE
1 baked 9-inch, deep-dish pie shell
1 cup Augason Farm Dried Whole Egg
Powder
1 cup Augason Farm’s Morning Moo’s®
Low Fat Milk Alternative, prepared
1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
Salt to taste
1 cup Augason Farms Freeze Dried
Colby Shredded Cheese, rehydrated
Beat egg powder, milk, hot sauce and
salt together. Sprinkle Colby cheese
evenly over bottom of pie shell and pour
egg mixture on top of cheese. Bake in
a 325°F preheated oven for up to 45
minutes.
Optional add-ins:
Mix chopped vegetables with egg
mixture before filling pie shell and top
with bacon pieces.
HAM & CHEESE PUFFS
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cubed
2 green onions, sliced
12 slices of white bread, quartered
1 cup Augason Farms Freeze Dried
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese,
rehydrated
1 cup Augason Farms Freeze Dried
Shredded Colby Cheese, rehydrated
2 cups Augason Farms Dried Whole Egg
Powder
4 cups Augason Farms Morning Moo’
Low Fat Milk Alternative, prepared
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Butter a 13 x 9 inch pan. Place 1/2 of
quartered bread on the bottom of the
baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the
cubed ham, onions and both cheeses.
Repeat layers. Whisk together remaining
ingredients and pour over the layers.
Allow egg mixture to soak thoroughly
into the bread. Bake at 375° F for 40
minutes.
