1 Remove the appropriate instrument marker from the sterile packaging and set it on the
navigated tool adaptor.
2 Use the hex screwdriver to tighten the instrument marker to the navigated tool adaptor.
3 Insert the surgical instrument.
4 Hold the navigated tool adaptor where indicated.
5 Grasp the navigated tool adaptor with your thumb and forefinger and pull up to fix the tool
in place.
