Install
Install and set up your
August Smart Lock before
configuring August Connect.
Plug In
Plug your August Connect
into a power outlet within 15
feet of your door and wait
for the flashing green light.
Connect
On the Lock Settings screen
in the August App, select
“Connect to Wi-Fi” and follow
the instructions.
Use
Operate your lock and
view its status from
anywhere you have an
internet connection using
the August App.
(If you don’t see the flashing green
light, press and hold the button for
3 seconds, then wait).
