STEAK WITH
CHIMICHURRI
COMBINE all of the chimichurri sauce ingredients in a blender, and
blend until your desired consistency is reached.
Preheat .
RUB vegetable oil onto the steak and season with salt and pepper.
PLACE the steak into the preheated. Set 390°F (185°C)adjust time
to 6 minutes (this will come out medium rare)
ALLOW the steak to rest for 5 minutes when done. Then slice, top with
chimichurri sauce, and serve.

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¾ cup fresh basil
¾ cup cilantro
¾ cup parsley
4 anchovy llets
1 small shallot
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 lemon, juiced
A pinch crushed red peppe
CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
STEAK
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 New York strip steak (16 ounces)
Salt & pepper, to taste
