LAMB MEATBALLS
MIX together the lamb, garlic, salt, pepper, mint, cumin, hot sauce,
chili powder, scallion, parsley, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well
combined.
FORM the lamb into 9 balls and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
