ROASTED GARLIC
& HERB CHICKEN
3 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin on
3 chicken legs, skin on
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon dried tarragon
Ingredients
COAT the chicken thighs and legs in olive oil and all seasonings. Allow
to marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat to 380°F (180°C)
PLACE the chicken into the preheated
Set 380°F (180°C) adjust time to 20 minutes
