BARBEQUE
CHICKEN
½ tablespoon smoked paprika
½ tablespoon garlic powder
½ tablespoon onion powder
½ tablespoon chili powder
½ tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 pound chicken legs, skin on
½ pound chicken wings
Barbecue sauce, for basting & serving
Ingredients
COMBINE all the seasonings together in a small bowl.
SPRINKLE the seasoning over the chicken and allow to marinate for
30 minutes.
Preheat to 380°F (180°C)
PLACE the wings in the preheated
Set 360°F (150°C) for 15 minutes
BRUSH the chicken with some barbecue sauce every 5 minutes.
REMOVE the chicken when done cooking.
SERVE with some more barbecue sauce on the side.
