CHOCOLATE
CHIP MUFFINS
1 pound russet or Idaho potatoes, cut in thin 2-inch strips.
1/2–3 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions
MIX together our, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and
salt in a separate bowl and set aside.
MIX your dry ingredients into your wet, gradually, until smooth. Then
fold in chocolate chips and pistachios.
Preheat to 300°F (150°C)
GREASE mun cups with cooking spray and pour batter in until cups
are ¾ full.
PLACE the mun cups carefully into the preheated adjust time to 15
minutes
REMOVE muns when done cooking and let them cool down for 10
minutes before serving.
