CRISPY TOFU
8 ounces rm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Ingredients
TOSS the tofu, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together in a
shallow bowl. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
Preheat to 370°F (180°C)
DRAIN the tofu of the marinade and then toss the tofu in cornstarch
until evenly coated.
PLACE the tofu into the preheated
Set 360°F (170°C) adjust the time to 18 minutes
