HOMEMADE
TORTILLA CHIPS
corn tortillas (6-inch), cut into 8 pieces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
Salsa, for serving
Ingredients
CUT the tortillas in half, then each half into quarters, making a total of
8 pieces per tortilla.
Preheat to 300°F (150°C)
TOSS the tortillas in the olive oil and salt until all the chips are well
coated.
PLACE the tortillas chips in the preheated and cook for 8 minutes at
300°F (150°C).
SERVE with salsa.
