KOREAN-STYLE
BEEF SKEWERS
1 tablespoon ssamjang
1 tablespoon gochujang
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 pound beef ap meat, cut into 1½-inch pieces
2 wooden skewers, halved
Ingredients
MIX the ssamjang, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and
vinegar in a bowl.
TOSS the cut beef into the marinade and marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat
SKEWER the pieces of beef onto the halved skewers and place the
skewers into the preheated
