¾ pound ground lamb
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
½ teaspoon ground coriander seed ½ teaspoon salt
4 bamboo skewers (9 inches)

COMBINE all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
SKEWER 3 ounces of meat onto each stick, then place in the fridge
for 10 minutes.
Preheat
PLACE skewers into the preheated
Set 380°F (190°C)set time for 10 minutes,adjust time to 8 minutes
SERVE with lemon yogurt dressing or by itself.
