Telpad can’t work when tablet
is inserted into dock phone.
There is no sign when tablet is
charged by adaptor.
The WiFi function of dock phone
can’t work.
Reason: It may be caused by the poor contact between Dock Phone and Tablet.
Solutions:
In order to guarantee the well connection, please clean those connected points
between dock phone and tablet with naphtha.
Reason: The adaptor may be damaged or the poor contact of DC power cable.
Solution:
-Please check and make sure the DC power cable is well connected with both
tablet and adaptor.
-Please change good adaptor or DC power cable if it still can’t rechargeable after
above check.
Reason: It may be caused by poor internet connection or the wrong setting of WiFi
router.
Solution:
- Please pull out of net cable and re-plug it into WLAN slot and make sure it has
been well connected;
-Please reset WiFi router according to “WiFi User Manual”.
The SD card is unworkable once
inserted into tablet.
Reason: It may be the poor contact between SD card and tablet or SD card has
been damaged.
Solution:
- Please pull SD card out and re-plug it into tablet;
- Please change another good SD card;
- Please restart tablet and re-plug SD card.
The camera can’t capture photos.
Reason: It may be caused by the wrong conguration of cameras.
Solution:
- Please check if the conguration of cameras is right or not;
- Please turn o the camera APK and restart it;
- Please restart tablet and reopen camera APK.
