The music in TF card can’t be
played.
Dock phone AUX can’t play music.
The Bluetooth function of dock
phone can’t work.
Reason: It may be caused by the poor contact between TF card and tablet or the
TF card has already been damaged.
Solution:
- Please check the speaker box of dock phone has been opened rstly, pull out
TF card and re-plug it into tablet;
- Please change another good TF card.
Reason: It may be caused by the poor contact of line in or the line in has been
damaged.
Solution:
- Please check the AUX has been opened rstly, pull out of line in and re-plug it;
- Please change another good line in cable.
Reason:
- Please check speaker box is opened and work under Bluetooth mode and
check the Bluetooth setting meanwhile;
- Please disconnect the Bluetooth and pair device again;
USB HiFi can’t play music.
What will aect WiFi signal?
Reason: It may be caused by poor contact between tablet and dock phone.
- Solution: Please check if tablet and dock phone has been well connected
rstly, then switchover to USB HiFi mode.
- The crowded space in your family and the main barrier is from wall. WLAN
adapts wireless microwave frequencies which is close to vertical transmission
and diraction ability is very weak. Therefore ,the WiFi receiving electronic
equipments behind barriers will receive very weak WiFi signal or even no WiFi
signal can be received.
How to get the correct DNS server
address?
- Please consult with internet service provider for DNS parameters;
- Please login to the management interface of router once it connected with
your device me select menu running to see DNS parameters and record it
