The TELPAD’S Bluetooth can’t be
paired with other devices.
Unresponsive TELPAD’s touch panel.
The tablet can’t be turned on
Cause: Bluetooth setting is incorrect or bluetooth is hidden.
Solution:
Check bluetooth settings;
Set the bluetooth of the device to “visible to other devices.”
Cause: TELPAD may be on standby mode or TELPAD is locked.
Solution:
Unlock the TELPAD in case is still unresponsive try to restart the TELPAD.
Cause: It may be caused by the low battery of tablet or the power key has
been damaged.
Solution:
Please check if power key has been damaged or not;
Please recharge tablet with adaptor rstly. And press power key once “in
recharge” remark is showing on tablet.
TELPAD can’t make calls
Cause: loosed phone line cable
Solution:
Check the phone line cable connection to the dock
TELPAD can’t answer incoming calls
Cause: It may be caused by the poor contact of phone line cable.
Solution:
Please check if phone line cable has been connected well or change another
good one.
