Select the type of control you wish to use and click OK.
8.3 Hybrid Serial/IMT Multibutton
This controller has two 9 way D connections, one is connected into the I.M.T port and
the other is connected to a free COM port. The 15 way D connector on the back of
the Multibutton controller is for a remote foot control unit.
If you need to change any settings for the selected hand control click on the setup
button
General tab Settings
Serial Port – This is the port that your Multibutton hand control is connected to.
Centre Stop Mode – This is set if you require your scroll control to change the
direction off the prompted text as well as controlling the speed of the text.
Stop Point – If you have centre stop mode enabled then this setting will increase the
dead zone.
Stop Zone – The Stop Z
one is a range between 0 and 40 over which the prompted
text does not scroll. If the S
top Point is set to 60 and the Stop Zone is set to 5, scroll
rates between 55 and 65 will mean the prompted text is not scrolled.
