Drag the w indow’s handles to adjust its size.
To preser ve the window’s aspect ratio, you can
hold down
Ct rl w hile you drag a handle.
5. Click OK.
3ds Max displays a progress dialog that shows
the progress of rendering and the rendering
parameter settings. To stop rendering, click
Cancel in this dialog, or press
Esc .
To render a blowup:
1.
Make the viewport active.
2. Choose Blowup from the list.
3. Click Render Scene or Quick
Render (Production).
A window is displayed in the active viewport
and an OK button is displayed in the viewport’s
lower-right corner.

The w indow is constrained to the aspect ratio
of the current output size.
5. Click OK.

Interfa ce
View(The default.) Renders the active viewport.
SelectedRenders the currently selected object
or objects only, and leaves the remainder of the
rendered fr ame window intact.
Tip: Use the Clear button before rendering to
remove any existing image from the window.
