Co nstrai n Aspect Ratio
When on, constrains the
original aspect ratio of the selection’s b ounding
box. Changing the Width value also changes
Height, and vice versa. Default=on.
Selection Aspect R atio—Displays the original
aspectratiooftheselectionsboundingbox.

The Quick Render flyout lets you choose among
these buttons:
Quick Render (Production).
Quick Render (Act iveShade)
The Quick Render buttons let you render the scene
using the settings without displaying the Render
Scene dialog (page 3–2).Choosingoneofthese
buttons also changes which rendering settings are
active in the Render Scene dialog.
By default, all the rendering options use the default
scanline renderer (page 3–38). You can change the
renderer assigned to Production or Act iveShade
by using the Assign Renderer rollout (page 3–35)
on the Render Scene dialog > Common panel.
Quick R ender ( Production)

(Production)
Keyboard > Shift+Q
The Q uick Render (Production) button, available
from the Quick Render flyout (page 3–17) on the
main toolbar, lets you render the scene using
the current production render settings without
displaying the Render Scene dialog (page 3–2).
You assign wh ich renderer to use for production
rendering on the Assign Renderer rollout (page
3–35) of the Render Scene dialog > Common
panel.
