This dialog sets parameters that cont rol the
tessellation used in the Spatial, Curvature, and
Spatial and Curvature approximation methods.

Subdivision Style
Chooses the method used to subdivide the surface:
Grid—Subdivides the surface using a regular g r id.
Tree—(The default.) Subdivides the surface using
a binary tree.
Delaunay Subdivides the surface using nearly
equilateral tr iangles.
Delauney surface subdivision st yle
Subdivision Limits
For Grid or Tree subdivisions, t he limits control
the number of recursive decompositions that are
performed during tessellation.
Minimum Subdivision LevelsSets the m inimum
number of recursions. Default=0.
Maximum Subdivision Levels—Sets the m aximum
number of recursions. The maximum can be no
greater than 7. B e careful: sett ing the maximum
greater than 5 can result in massive face counts
and p oor performance. Default=3.
Maximum Number of Triangles
For Delaunay subdivision, the Maximum Number
ofTrianglesletsyouspecifythemaximumnumber
of tr iang les into which the sur face will b e div ided.
Default=20000.
