Bezier vertex (left) and Bezier Corner ver tex (right)
To copy and paste vertex tangent handles:
1.
Turn on Vertex Selection, then Select the
vertex you want to copy from.
2. On the Geometry rollout scroll down to the
Tang ent g roup a nd c lic k Copy.
3. Move your cursor over the vertices in the
viewport. The cursor changes to a copy cursor.
Click the handle you wish to copy.
4. On the Geometry rollout scroll down to the
Tang ent g roup a nd c lic k Paste .
5. Move your cursor over the vertices in the
viewport. The cursor changes to a paste cursor.
Click the handle you wish to paste to.
The vertex tangency changes in the view port.
To reset vertex handle tangency:
It is easy to make the handles very small a nd
coincident with the vertex, which m akes them
hard to select and edit. Reset t he vertex hand le
tangency to redraw your handles
1. Select the vertex that is problematic.
2. Right-click and choose Reset Tangents.
Anyvertexhandleeditingyouhavedoneis
discarded and the handles are reset.

This sett ing has no effect on the tangency of
vertices created using tools such as the Create Line

Linear—New vertices will have linear tangency.
Smooth—New vertices will have smooth
tangency.
When this option is chosen, new vertices that
overlap are automatically welded.
Bezier—New vertices will have b ezier tangency.
B ezier Cor ner—New vertices will have bezier
corner tangency.
