Procedure
To use the B evel Profile modifier:
1.
Create the shape you want to bevel (preferably
in the Top viewport).
2. IntheFront(XZ)viewport,createashapeto
use as the beveling profile.
3. SelectthefirstshapeandapplytheBevelProfile
modifier.
4. ClickthePickProfilebuttonintheBevelProfile
modifier, and then click the profile shape.

Pick Profile—SelectsashapeorNURBScurvetobe
used for the profile path.
Gener ate M apping Coords—Assigns UV
coordinates.

used for texture mapped materials that are applied
totheobject. Thescalingvaluesarecontrolled
by the Use Real-World Scale settings found in
the applied material’s Coordinates rollout (page
2–1625).Default=on.
