Import OLE Objects | 707
To specify a new height or width for an OLE object
1 Right-click an OLE object and select Properties from the shortcut menu.
The OLE Properties dialog box displays the current size information.
2 Under Size, enter a new height or width in drawing units, or under Scale,
enter a percentage of the current height or width.
This step changes the height and width of the OLE object boundary box.
3 Choose OK to apply changes.
Note When Lock Aspect Ratio is selected, if you change either Height or Width
under Size or Scale, the other automatically changes to maintain the current
ratio between the two. For example, if you change Height to 50 percent, Width
automatically changes to 50 percent. Clear Lock Aspect Ratio if you want to
change only Height or only Width.
Command line OLESCALE
To scale text in an OLE object according to its font
1 Right-click an OLE object and select Properties from the shortcut menu.
The OLE Properties dialog box displays the current size information.
2 Under Text Size, select a font from the list.
The font list contains all of the fonts that appear in the selected OLE
object.
3 Select a point size from the list.
The point size list contains all of the sizes for the selected font.
4 In the box that follows the equal sign, enter a value in drawing units.
This value is the height for text in the selected font and point size. For
example, if you select Arial and 10 points, and then enter .5 after the equal
sign, all text in the selected OLE object that is currently 10-point Arial
changes to 0.5 drawing units in height. All other text in the object
changes size in relation to the selected font. The boundary box adjusts to
accommodate the new text sizes.
