4 In the Save List As dialog box, in the File Name box, enter a name for the
list, and then click Save.
The drawing set list is saved as a DSD (Drawing Set Descriptions) file.
5 In the Publish Drawing Sheets dialog box, under Publish To, select Plotters
Named in Page Setups and click Browse.
6 In the Select Ouput Folder dialog box, select a folder location for the gen-
erated file and click OK.
7 Click Publish to start the process.
8 In the Publishing Complete dialog box, click Save Log File if you want to
save a log. The log file provides status information about the publishing
process such as which sheets were plotted and which ones were not. Log
files are saved as CSV (Comma Separated Values) files that can be viewed
in a spreadsheet program.
Warning! If you don’t save the log file while the Publishing Complete dia-
log box is open, you cannot retrieve the list later. The log file goes away when
you close the dialog box.
9 If you want to save the log file, in the Publishing Complete dialog box,
click Save Log File. In the Save Logfile dialog box, enter a name for the log
file, click Save, and then click OK in the Publishing Complete dialog box.
10 To end publishing, in the Publish Drawing Sheets dialog box, click Close.
If you have not saved your list of sheets, the List of Sheets Changed dialog
box opens giving you the opportunity to save your drawing set as a list.
11 In the List of Sheets Changed dialog box, click Yes.
12 In the Save List As dialog box, enter the file name for the list and click
Save.
13 In the Make DWF window, click OK.
