Remove Sheets. To remove sheets from the list, select one or more
sheets in the list, and then click Remove. To remove all sheets, click
Remove All.
Reorder Sheets. To reorder the sheets up or down one position in the
list, select a sheet and click either Move Up or Move Down. Sheets in
the drawing set are viewed or plotted in the order shown in the list.
Rename Sheets. To rename a sheet, select it in the list and right-click,
and then click Rename Sheet on the shortcut menu. Enter the new
sheet name.
Change Page Setups. To change the page setup for a layout, select one
or more sheets in the list and right-click, and then click Change Page
Setup on the shortcut menu. In the Change Page Setup dialog box,
select a page setup from either the selected drawing or another drawing
or template. Click Browse, select a drawing with a page setup, and then
click Select. In the Choose a Page Setup list, select the named page
setup, and then click OK.
If you select a page setup from another drawing file, it is constructed by
including both the page setup name and the full path name to the
drawing, separated by a vertical bar. For example, a page setup named
ANSI D on HP2600 and Single cavity mold.dwg would appear as ANSI D
on HP2600|C:\Projects\San Rafael\Single cavity mold.dwg.
Note Paper space geometry in a layout is fixed when the layout is cre-
ated. It is important that you change the page setup for each layout
depending on your desired output. Only Model tab page setups can be
applied to Model tab sheets, and only paper space page setups can be
applied to paper space layouts.
Copy Sheets. To copy one or more drawing sheets, select the sheets in
the list and right-click, and then click Copy Selected Sheets on the
shortcut menu. The copied drawing sheets are added and highlighted
at the end of the sheet list. When a sheet is copied, its name is created
by the addition of -copy(n) at the end of the original sheet name. For
example, if you create one copy of a sheet called Plumbing, the copied
sheet is called Plumbing-Copy(1). Each time you copy the same sheet,
the n is incremented by 1. By creating copies of a sheet, you can have
different page setups and other settings for the same sheet.
Change Display of Drawing Path Name. To change the length of the
displayed drawing name path, right-click to display the shortcut menu
and click Display Drawing File Path Names. This allows you to display
either the full path name for each drawing in the list or just the draw-
ing name.
