6 Click Save.
7 Click OK to close the Options Editor.
To import global options
1 Click Tools ➤ Global Options.
2 In the Options Editor, click the Import button.
3 In the Open dialog box, browse to the folder containing the settings file, select it, and click Open.
4 Click OK to close the Options Editor.
Environment Options
You can adjust the number of recent file shortcuts stored by Autodesk Navisworks.
To configure environment options
1 Click Tools ➤ Global Options.
2 In the Options Editor, expand the General node, and click the Environment option.
