In large installations where multiple M-400 ampliers are required,

the expansion bus may be used to convey inter-amplier control, and

common IR control.

The source equipment audio inputs must be plugged into the rst

amplier where they are buffered and sent to the next amplier in the

stack. The maximum recommended expansion is 24 units.

Fig 2 shows inter-connected ampliers using an RJ45 expansion bus

lead, and RCA leads for the source digital coax signals.

Amplier control using ethernet, RS232 or USB may be connected to

any one of the M-400’s in the stack.
