InstallingYourBeverageRefrigerator
Thebeveragerefrigeratorshouldbeinstalledinaccordancewithlocalelectricalcoderequirements.Itshouldalsobe
placedinalocationthatisstrongenoughtosupportitstotalweight,keepinginmindthatitwillweighsubstantially
morewhenfullyloadedthanwhenempty.
Beforeyouplugthebeverage
refrigeratorintoapowersupply,besuretoletitstanduprightforatleast24hoursto
allowthecompressor’soilstosettle.
WARNING:Usetwoormorepeopletomoveandinstallthebeveragerefrigerator.Failuretodosocanresultinbackor
otherinjury.Carefullyremovethe
packagingmaterials.Removeanyshippingtapean d gluefromyourbeverage
refrigeratorbeforeusing.Donotusesharpinstruments,rubbingalcohol,flammablefluids,orabrasivecleanersto
removetapeorglue.Theseproductscandamagethesurfaceofyourbeveragerefrigerator.
IMPORTANT:Donotremoveanysafety,warning,orproduct
informationlabelsfromyourbeverage refrigerator.
TYPESOFINSTALLATION:
Thisbeveragerefrigeratorhasbeendesignedforfree‐standing orbuilt‐ininstallation.Ineverycase,theremustbe
adequateventilationandaccessforservice.
Free‐standinginstallation:Afree‐standinginstallationwillallowyoutoinstallthebeveragerefrigeratorinalmostany
placeyoudesire.Youmustfollowthe
statedinstructionsforelectricalrequirementsandlevelingthebeverage
refrigerator.
Built‐ininstallation:Arecessedinstallationwillallowyoutoinstallthebeveragerefrigeratorunderacounter orina
kitchencabinetprovidedtheclearancespacerequirementsaroundthebeveragerefrigeratorarefollowed.Itis
necessarytoallowadequate
ventilationspacearoundtheunit(makesurethereisatleastsomeventilationroomforthe
backoftheunit).Thefollowingadditionalitemsmustbeobserved:
1. Placethebeveragerefrigeratorinfrontoftheinstallationlocation.
2. Adjustthefeetandplacetheunitflatonthefloor
oronaplatformdependingonyourinstallationrequirements.
3. Iftheelectricaloutletforthebeveragerefrigeratorisbehindthecabinet,pluginthebeveragerefrigerator.
4. Pushthebeveragerefrigeratorintoposition.
WARNING:DoNOTinstallthebeveragerefrigeratorbehindaclosedcabinetdoor.
