Troubleshooting Steps
Problem: Possible Cause: Remedy:
Pilot Will Not Flame
A gas shut off valve is turned off......................
The gas control knob isnt turned to PILOT.......
The valve control knob isnt pushed in...............
The igniter wasnt pressed repeatedly ...............
No spark from igniter......................................
Check all gas shut off valves

Main Burners Will Not
Start
The pilot flame has gone out............................
The gas control valve is turned to PILOT or OFF
The ON/OFF switch is turned to OFF ...............
The remote control is not working correctly.........
The thermostat is disconnected or set too high ...
