2. Calling
Make a call
From idle screen
1. In idle mode, enter the phone number with the
keypad. To correct an error, press left softkey.
2. Press
( to dial the number.
3. Press
) to hang up.
To make an international call, long press
0 to
insert the international prefix “+”.
Using the phonebook
1. Press - in idle mode.
2. Select a contact from the list, press
( to dial.
To select a different number, press
+ or - (see
“Contacts” for more information).
3. Press
) to hang up.
IP call (China only)
You may select IP call. When you select IP call
option, the mobile phone will automatically add the
IP special service number preset by you in front of
the phone number and then make IP call.
When you have entered several IP special service
numbers, you will be prompted to verify them to
avoid adding them repeatedly.
Options during a call
During a call, you can press L Options to carry out
the following operations:
- Activate/Deactivate Handsfree
-Use the BT headset
- Mute/Unmute the call
- Put the call on Hold
- Access the Scratchpad
- End the call
- Access Main menu
Mute or unmute a call
During a call, press left or right softkey to Mute or
Unmute . If you select Mute , the microphone will be
deactivated.
When you switch from one call to another, muting
will be cancelled.
Adjust speaker/earpiece volume
During a call, call on hold or call waiting, you can
press +/- side keys to increase or decrease the
