E-mail
If not included in your mobile phone contract
, you
will need to subscribe to an e-mail service in order
to send and receive e-mails. In this case, all
parameters are communicated to you by your
operator.
This menu allows you to send e-mails to one or
several recipients at a time, including with an
attachment such as a JPEG picture. Once received,
your messages can be

Create an e-mail account
Before you start using E-mail function, the phone
will asks you to set Sender's e-mail address in E-
mail profile. To create a new account, select E-mail >
E-mail profile. Select a profile and press L to access
the option menu. Select Edit and enter the account
properties in Profile Setting, Outgoing Server,
Incoming Server
and Signature correctly. You can
set up to three email accounts, one in each profile.
Send and Receive e-mail
To send an e-email, select Option > Send. This
might bring up a message requesting airtime. Select

yes to continue and send the e
-email. To receive
new e-emails, select Option > Receive mail. This
might bring up a message requesting airtime. Select
yes to continue and receive new e
-emails.
Write e-mail
To write an e-email, select E-mail > Write E-mail.
Enter the address (To), a copy (Cc), Subject and
Attachment (up to 3 files), and the e-mail content.
When you have finished writting your e-mail, press
L to access the option menu. You can then select
to Send, Send and Save, Save to Draft or Quit
without Saving.
If you exit the
Messaging > Write E-mail menu
before sending your e-mail or if you cancel the
sending while it takes place, the e-mail content is
deleted without being stored.
You can only attach one file (JPEG, MID, JAR,
TXT, MP3) or one sound at a time. If you accept
an incoming call while writing an e-mail, the
menu is closed and the phone goes back to idle
when you hang up.
