4.15.4.5. Charging
For security and safety reasons, when charging iPal is automatically
turned off or put in screen protection mode.
Charging steps:
 Plug in charger to power source
 Confirm indictor is green
 Plug in charger at back of iPal base
 While iPal is charging the eyes blink yellow
 iPal is fully charged when the eyes turn green
