Receiving a call

To delete a Call Decline Reason:
Save
Back
4. Choose one of the following:
— Press the Save context-sensitive
soft key to save the new Call Decline
Reason.
— Press the Back context-sensitive
soft key to return to the previous
menu without saving the new Call
Decline Reason.
Note: The IP Deskphone saves the new
Call Decline Reason to the list of Call
Decline Reasons for later use.
1. Press the Up/Down navigation key to
scroll through and highlight the Call
Decline Reason to delete.
Delete 2. Press the Delete context-sensitive soft
key to delete the selected Call Decline
Reason.
A confirmation screen appears with the
question Delete Decline Reason?
3. Choose one of the following:
— Press the Ok context-sensitive soft
key to confirm the deletion of the
Call Decline Reason.
— Press the Back context-sensitive
soft key to return to the previous
menu without deleting the Call
Decline Reason.
