The Address Book

Searching for a contact in the Address Book
When you access the IP Deskphone Address Book you can perform a
search for a contact using one of the following methods:
• Index Search (performs a search based on the index number you
enter)

8. Do one of the following to complete the
entry:
— Press the Yes context-sensitive soft
key to add the contact to a group
and then select the group for the
contact to be added.
— Press the No context-sensitive soft
key if you do not want a contact
designated as a friend and return to
the address menu screen.
— Press the Back context-sensitive
soft key to return to the previous
menu.

9. Choose one of the following:
— Press the Yes context-sensitive soft
key to designate the contact as a
friend.
— Press the No context-sensitive soft
key if you do not want to designate
the contact as a friend and return to
the address menu screen.

previous menu.
