Feature keys
Use the Feature key option to configure the feature keys on IP
Deskphone and the Expansion Module for Avaya 1100 Series IP
Deskphones.
Programmed keys are stored in the user profile. Each user can maintain a
list of programmed feature keys. You can designate a feature key to act
as a short cut for any of the following features:
• Speed Dial
• Call Forward
• Do Not Disturb
• Send IM
• Presence
The IP Deskphone designates the feature key on the bottom right of the
four feature keys as Feature Key 1 and reserves it as the line key for the
IP Deskphone. Figure 38 on page 224 shows the Feature keys.
