Making a call

Making a call using on-hook dialing

You can make a call by using on-hook dialing. Enter the SIP address or

phone number before going off-hook.

Attention: When using this method, you cannot toggle between

alphabetic or numeric input, so this strategy may not work for what

you want to do.

Use the following procedure to make a call by dialing before you initiate

the call:

1. Dial the number or SIP address.

2. Continue the call by using one of the

following methods:

— Press the line feature key.

— Lift the handset.

— Press the Headset fixed key.

— Press the Handsfree fixed key.
