Standards, Codecs and QoS Settings
The SIP Firmware Release 1.1 is designed to support the following standards, codec
and QoS settings:
DTMF payload via RFC2833 and G.711 in-band signaling
G.711 and G.729a codecs
DNS for Domain Name Resolution
Layer 2 802.1 p/Q packet priority
Layer 3 ToS and IP precedence bit tagging
QoS metrics monitoring and reporting
Firewall and NAT traversal (via STUN).
