The first command requests the value stored in register S18. The 8400B Plus
Data Module returns a 3-digit decimal value of

, followed by
OK
. The next
command changes the value in register S18 to

, and the data module
responds with

. You could enter the first command a second time to verify
that the value was changed correctly.
