Configuring the Received Number Lengths
Because of the ability to assign received numbers and target lines in
Telephony Resources, it is advisable to configure the public and private
(where applicable) received number lengths before performing this
configuration. If the received number lengths have to be changed after the
Telephony Resource configuration, the received numbers could be erased.
1. To configure the public received number length, in the Configuration
tab open the Telephony folder, followed by Dialing Plan, and click on
Public Network.
2. Select the correct number of digits that are received on the public
network. The parameters are 1 – 12 digits or Undefined.
3. If changing from the default value, a WARNING dialog box will appear,
informing you that all incompatible received numbers will be erased.
Click OK to continue.
