Installing IIS on a PC with Windows 2003

Step Action

1 Click Start > Control Panel.

2 Select Add/Remove Programs.

The Add/Remove Programs window appears.

3 Click Add/Remove Windows Components.

4 In the Components window, double-click Application Server

5 In the Components window, check ASP.NET.

6 Select Internet Information Services and click Details.

7 The following window appears. Select the check boxes for

Internet Information Services Manager and Common Files.

Leave the remaining check boxes as they are.
