Chapter 3: Network Management Installation
Network Management CD
The Network Management CD contains products that you install onto the Windows server. See
Windows Server Requirements
on page 14 for the minimum server requirements. Before
installing this CD, see Pre-Installation Tasks
on page 17.
The Network Management CD contains the following applications:
● Network Management applications:
- Avaya Network Management Console with System View
- Avaya Network Configuration Manager
- Avaya Software Update Manager
- Avaya SMON Manager (90-day trial) – Customers can purchase the license key to
activate the SMON Manager beyond the 90-day trial.
- Avaya Address Manager
- Avaya QoS Manager
- Avaya Secure Access Administration
● Avaya Device Managers:
- Avaya G350/250 Manager
- Avaya P330/G700 Manager
- Avaya C360 Manager
- Avaya W310 Manager
- Avaya C460 Manager
- Avaya P130 Manager
● Additional components:
- OpenSSH SCP Server (installed so that Avaya Software Update Manager can use this
SCP server for secure file transfer)
- Avaya Integrated Management Launch Page (automatically installed when any
application is installed)
- Apache Web server
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (required to view documents)
