Use this procedure to search contacts from the following:3
• My contacts: J100 local contact entries4
• My Exchange: exchange integration, My contacts5
• Global Exchange: exchange integration, global contacts6
• System contacts: Avaya Aura contacts7
• LDAP: LDAP directory8

1. Press Contacts.10
2. (Optional) To navigate through Main menu, do the following:11
a. Scroll to Applications, and press Select.12
b. Scroll to Contacts, and press Select.13
3. Press Search > More > Sources.14
4. In Contact sources, press Toggle for the required directory.15
5. Press Save.16
6. Use the dial pad to enter the name, and press Search.17
7. (Optional) To add the contact to the local Contacts list, press +Contact.18
