• Ensure that the feature is activated by the administrator. Contact your administrator for4

• Get the following details from your administrator:6
- User name7
- Password8
- Domain name9
Procedure10
1. Press Main menu.11
2. Scroll to Settings, and press Select.12
3. Scroll to Applications, and press Select.13
4. Scroll to Exchange credentials, and press Select.14
5. Type the following details:15
• Exchange username: Enter your email ID.16
• Exchange password: Enter your password.17
• Exchange domain: Enter the domain name, for example, avaya.com.18
6. (Optional) To enable or disable Name/Password Prompt, do one of the following:19
• Toggle: To enable or disable the prompt.20
• The Right Arrow key: To enable the prompt.21
• The Left Arrow key: To disable the prompt.22
7. Press Save.23
