Procedure1
1. Press Main menu.2
2. Scroll to Applications, and press Select.3
3. Scroll to Calendar, and press Select.4
The phone displays the appointments in the start-time order.5
4. To scroll from one appointment to another, press one of the following:6
• The Up Arrow key.7
• The Down Arrow key.8
5. Select the calendar event, and press one of the following:9
• Call: To call the extension number available in the appointment.10
• Details: To view the details of the calendar event.11
• Month: To view the Calendar Event Month screen.12
• Exit: To exit from the event screen.13
6. In the Calendar Event Month screen, press one of the following:14
• Today: To view calendar event of the current date.15
• Day: To view calendar event of the selected day.16

Call Forwarding20
With the Call Forwarding feature, you can divert incoming calls to another number.21
The phone supports the following Call Forward types:22
• Call Forward: Diverts all incoming calls to another number.23
• Call Forward Busy: Diverts incoming calls to another number if you are on a call.24
• Call Forward No Answer: Diverts incoming calls to another number when you do not answer25
the call within the set time.26
Enhanced Call Forward27
The Enhanced Call Forward feature is used to set rules on call forwarding. You can set the rules28
by entering the internal and external phone numbers in the corresponding Call Forward types.29
