About this task7
Use this task to make a call to a monitored phone. If the monitored phone has an active call8
redirection feature and you can override the feature, the monitored phone rings for 30 seconds. If9
no one answers the call during this time, the system redirects the call to the redirected number.10
Before you begin11
Ensure that the monitored phone to which you make the call is in an idle state.12
Procedure13
1. Press Main menu, and scroll to Features.14
2. Press Select.15
3. Scroll to choose the monitored phone that you want to call.16
4. Press Select twice.17

1. Press Main menu, and scroll to Features.26

3. Scroll to choose the monitored phone to which you want to transfer the active call, and28
press Select.29
The system puts the active call on hold and rings the monitored phone.30
4. To complete the transfer, perform one of the following actions:31
